Thomas Wigley


Thomas has over 15 years' experience in the energy and infrastructure sector, predominantly built up in the Middle East but with experience of working in the UK and Asia too. 

Thomas is based in Oman and heads up the firms' ranked Energy & Infrastructure practice which undertakes work across the Middle East.

Thomas advises on a wide range of power generation projects, across all scales and technologies, including conventional thermal power stations, nuclear plants, waste to energy, wind and solar projects, including many first in-country and pathfinder projects. Thomas advises private sector developers, as well as procurers, government entities and consultants.

In addition to his power & water practice, Thomas also advises a broad range of clients in the oil & gas sector. Thomas regularly advises on pipelines, oil and gas sales agreements, concessions and PSAs and LNG projects. Thomas is a regular speaker at conferences and writes regularly on issues facing his practice area.
