AI at work: real world business case study

AI being "experimental, informative and educational" as it used to assist in the writing of reports that detail our client’s qualifying R&D activity.

"AI has helped us massively during our report planning processes, shaving off several hours of report writing time. With that being said, it isn’t quite at the level where we would be comfortable relying upon it to generate final content. Whilst it would be great to fully automate the process using AI, I don’t think it’s quite there yet for us, though its use as a planning tool still massively helps with efficiency. Whilst we’re now at a point where AI helps us significantly with our planning processes, getting to that point has required quite a bit of trial and error, both with different AI models and different approaches to using those models. We’re now at a point where we’re benefitting from the use of AI, though as with many software tools, you get out what you put in"

However: "Data privacy is a massive consideration for us, which is why we make our client’s aware how we use their data, and which software programs we use in our privacy policy. As we rely on AI as more of a planning tool instead of to generate final content, we’re extremely cautious about AI bias and hallucinations.
