Anna Horsthuis
Anna is a Senior Associate within the Corporate Commercial Team, advising on, preparing and negotiating a broad range of commercial contracts in support of clients’ day to day operational and trading activities. She also regularly provides support on corporate transactions, on pre-acquisition due diligence and transitional services arrangements.
Anna specialises in advising private clients, local authorities and housing associations on all aspect of commercial law. Anna acts for a broad range of clients across a variety of sectors, including: food and retail, information technology, manufacturing and industrial services and property management.
In addition, Anna completed two secondments at her previous firm in the Energy and Water sector covering, the procurement of goods and services and advising on various data protection issues.
