Trowers strengthens Malaysia and ASEAN practice with Tom Reynolds' return to Kuala Lumpur
Trowers & Hamlins has strengthened its Malaysia and wider ASEAN practice with the relocation of Partner Tom Reynolds to its office in Kuala Lumpur.
Jeremy is the International Managing Partner at Trowers & Hamlins. Our international offices are presently situated in Abu Dhabi, Bahrain, Dubai, Oman, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia and Singapore and the firm operates succesful India and Korea desks. Jeremy leads a team of lawyers who focus on construction work, corporate transactions, financial institutions, family wealth, dispute resolution, real estate and cross border investment from international markets into the UK and across Asia.
Jeremy moved from the UK to the Middle East in 2006 and has over 25 years experience acting for regulators, banks, insurers, other regulated entities and large corporates. He advises on debt financing, distressed situations, insolvency, regulatory interventions, internal investigations as well as implementing preventative measures to deal with fraud and policy breaches.
