International law firm, Trowers & Hamlins, has won in two categories at the Legal 500 Middle East and North Africa Awards, held at the Mandarin Oriental in Dubai on 30 January. The firm took the prizes for Construction Firm of the Year and Projects and Infrastructure Lawyer of the Year, which was won by Thomas Wigley.
The UAE and Saudi Arabia have taken another significant step towards deeper economic integration by signing a memorandum of understanding to strengthen cooperation on cross-border rail connectivity, electricity interconnection and power trading. The agreement reflects the growing focus we are increasingly seeing in the market on regional connectivity as a driver of economic growth and resilience.
