Imogen has considerable experience advising on a wide variety of banking and finance transactions and acts for both lenders and borrowers in the private and public sector.
Imogen specialises in real estate finance, advising on funding for property and infrastructure development as well as advising on property investment transactions. Imogen advises private sector developers, local authorities, special purpose delivery vehicles, Homes England the national housing and regeneration agency for England and the Greater London Authority.
Imogen advises regularly on funding for residential development for sale and PRS, housing related infrastructure on large and complex sites, setting up and funding wholly owned housing companies for local authorities, creating joint venture structures to deliver capital and revenue returns and investment in commercial or residential real estate.
Imogen works with clients and their advisors to develop an approach to each transaction that meets that client's needs.
