Imogen Anderson


Imogen is an Associate in the planning and environmental department and is based in our London office.

Imogen specialises in planning related matters and has experience in a wide range of areas, advising both local authorities and developers on statutory planning agreements, planning application legal reviews and enforcement action.

Imogen has been involved in advising local authorities on schemes ranging from smaller scale developments where section 106 agreements are required to secure parking restrictions, traffic regulation contributions and biodiversity contributions to agreements for larger scale developments seeking to provide 1,500 new dwellings, new sports facilities, SUDS, open space and on-site mitigation for nesting bird.

Imogen is also well versed in the compulsory purchase process and the issues which can arise, including crane oversailing, rights of light and unregistered land. Her focus is primarily on estate regeneration.
