International law firm Trowers & Hamlins has continued the growth of its Birmingham office with the appointment of Corporate Partner Paul Batchelor.
Paul joins from Knights and brings more than 20 years' experience advising clients across a broad range of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, joint ventures, restructurings and strategic business growth projects. His expertise spans multiple sectors including health & social care, industrials, technology and support services.
Based in Birmingham, Paul will play a key role in the continued growth of the firm's corporate practice nationally and across the Midlands. Working closely with colleagues throughout Trowers & Hamlins' national corporate team, he will focus on expanding the firm's corporate offering, strengthening relationships within the regional business community, and supporting clients seeking to capitalise on growth and investment opportunities across the UK.
Paul's appointment supports Trowers & Hamlins' 2030 growth strategy and reflects the firm's continued investment in its national corporate practice. His arrival further enhances the firm's ability to support businesses, investors and public sector organisations on strategic transactions across the UK, while reinforcing its commitment to growth in the Midlands market.
