Adrian Jones
Adrian is a Partner in Trowers & Hamlins LLP where he advises on all aspects of corporate and commercial law.
Adrian advises on mergers and acquisitions, group structuring, inward investments, business start-ups, public and private sector joint ventures and general company law issues.
Adrian also advises on a wide range of commercial matters including agency and distribution arrangements, outsourcing contracts, supply contracts, services agreements, terms and conditions and varied high value IT contracts across a range of sectors.
Adrian has been a resident partner in the firm's London, Oman and Abu Dhabi offices and currently heads the Owner Managed Business Group which has a cross sector focus on owner managers and entrepreneurs.
