Adrian is Head of Corporate at Trowers & Hamlins LLP. Adrian advises on mergers and acquisitions, group structuring, inward investments, joint ventures, business start-ups and general company law issues.
His experience spans a range of sectors including media and technology, manufacturing and engineering, financial services, recycling, recruitment and outsourcing; plus real estate focused sectors such as retirement living, residential care and student accommodation. Adrian also has experience of, and works closely with our commercial team on, a wide range of related commercial matters including agency and distribution arrangements, outsourcing contracts, supply contracts, services agreements, terms and conditions and varied high value technology matters. Adrian has been a resident partner in the firm's London, Oman and Abu Dhabi offices.

New regulations on disclosure of payment practices 2024
On 10 January 2024, the Department for Business and Trade released the Draft Reporting on Payment Practices and Performance (Amendment) Regulations 2024 (the 2024 Regulations). Once in effect (expected to be 5 April 2024) these regulations will extend the reporting requirements on in-scope businesses, increasing transparency as to their payment practices.
