International law firm Trowers & Hamlins has advised Skye Cloud Limited on the sale of the company's business and assets to Arc (UK) Systems Limited.

Skye Cloud is a leading UK-based managed service provider with a team of specialists spanning across London and Kent. The company supports over 350 customers across the UK, US and Europe, delivering hosted/hybrid technology and infrastructure solutions to clients ranging from Premier League football clubs to major international organisations.

Arc is a PE-backed IT company that offers a wide range of services, from MSP to cyber security. This transaction represents Arc's largest acquisition to date, marking a significant milestone for the business.

The acquisition of Skye Cloud will bolster Arc's technical capabilities and ability to support clients across a wider geographical footprint. With the Skye Cloud team now forming part of the Arc family, customers can expect stellar service and access to an enriched suite of Microsoft ecosystem services, including AI-driven tools, advanced collaboration platforms, and robust data governance solutions.
