Sijal Dudin

He works primarily in the commercial property sector acting for a variety of clients including various local authorities, commercial developers and institutional investors.

Sijal's first seat was in our Corporate team where he worked closely with investment funds and owner-managed businesses on private company M&A, cross-border investments and joint ventures. Sijal also acted on group restructurings, corporate governance matters and a wide range of commercial agreements particularly within the construction, healthcare and hotel and leisure sectors. He also regularly assisted on company secretarial issues.
