From a real estate perspective, he has advised on transactions and related structures including commercial property developments, investment portfolio acquisitions and disposals by UK and non-UK investors, tax issues for occupiers, residential property purchases, regeneration projects and joint ventures.
Alex also advises on the tax aspects of banking and finance transactions.
