Annie Drew


Annie is a Trainee Solicitor in Trowers & Hamlins' Employment & Pensions department.

Annie is a third-seat trainee within the Employment & Pensions team. Her experience includes assisting with Employment Tribunal claims involving discrimination as well as drafting employment contracts, director's service agreements and settlement agreements. She also assists advising clients on a range of non-contentious employment issues and day-to-day queries, including disciplinary and grievance matters.

Annie has previously sat in the Real Estate (Investment and Development) department where she assisted on a range of commercial real estate transactions involving business and educational sites, in addition to some residential housing projects. She additionally assisted with acquisitions and disposals, land registration and new and existing lettings. Annie's second seat was in the Construction Disputes department where she gained experience handling claims in the TCC and adjudications, as well as assisting with commercial negotiations and mediations involving issues such as defects, delay, fire safety issues and payment disputes.

Annie is also a part of the firm's Disability Network and sits as a magistrate within the family court.
