On Tuesday 17 March, we marked Neurodiversity Celebration Week with a session focused on supporting neurodivergent colleagues and creating working environments in which everyone can thrive.

We explored some of the key challenges neurodivergent employees may experience at work, the barriers that can prevent individuals from performing at their best, and the practical steps employers can take to build more inclusive, understanding and supportive workplace cultures.
