International law firm Trowers & Hamlins has advised Groupe Adéquat S.A. on its acquisition of the entire issued share capital of Solutions Driven Ltd.
Headquartered in France, Groupe Adéquat is a leading global provider of talent solutions, offering a full range of services across temporary recruitment, fixed‑term and permanent placements, professional integration, HR consulting, training and risk prevention.
Scotland‑based Solutions Driven Ltd is a global talent acquisition partner specialising in the STEM sector. The business delivers executive and specialist search services and tailored hiring solutions, supporting business‑critical growth across more than 60 countries worldwide.
The transaction brings Solutions Driven into the Groupe Adéquat group, further extending its international operations. Groupe Adéquat has completed a number of acquisitions in recent years, including in Canada, Belgium, Ireland and Italy.
