Jonathan Holloway


Jonathan is a corporate lawyer based in the firm's Exeter office, where he advises a broad range of clients across multiple sectors on corporate matters.

With particular expertise in mergers and acquisitions, he regularly handles the acquisition and disposal of businesses and companies, corporate reorganisations and advises on shareholders' agreements and other constitutional documents.

Jonathan is also an active member of the firm's Agricultural and Rural Estates team, regularly advising farming businesses on partnership agreements and succession planning matters specific to the agricultural sector. He frequently collaborates with the firm's property and private wealth teams to deliver comprehensive succession planning solutions for clients.
