John Turnbull


John is well versed in all areas of employment law, and frequently advises businesses on restructuring, collective issues, and Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) - TUPE - matters arising out of business transfers and outsourcing.

John also deals with the employment aspects of insolvency, together with day-to-day issues such as disciplinary, grievance and bespoke drafting of executive service agreements, contracts of employment and consultancy agreements. He also provides advice in relation to negotiating exit strategies for senior executives and companies.

John is a Member of the Employment Lawyers Association, and regularly presents training case study updates on all aspects of employment law. He also presents for the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, and appears in national employment law publications.
