Stephanie Taylor

Stephanie has advised on Employment Tribunal claims involving constructive and unfair dismissal, discrimination, unlawful deduction of wages and employer's contractual counterclaims. Stephanie also advises clients on a range of non-contentious employment issues. She assists clients with day-to-day queries such as disciplinary and grievance matters and has experience in drafting bespoke employment contracts, director's service agreements, policies, staff handbooks and settlement agreements. Stephanie is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
