We have helped public sector housing providers improve their relationships with their supply chain through sensible contract drafting. We have contracts to suit all your requirements from small refurbishment projects, lift replacement works through to major capital improvement programmes. We were appointed by Government to act as National Change Agent for Housing during the Decent Homes programme and through this appointment we have developed an in depth understanding of supporting landlords to improve efficiency.

We understand that landlords also need to appoint service providers who will test, inspect and service their assets and we have suitable service level agreements for compliance requirements such as electrical servicing and testing, hearing and boiler inspections, legionella and water treatment as well as facilities management agreements for cleaning, security and concierge and estate management services.
