Adam has significant experience in advising clients in multi-million pound disputes over issues such as contract management and termination, defects, negligence and delay.
In recent years, Adam has regularly advised on pursuing and defending claims for defects, delay and disruption using specialist expert witnesses, and also gained significant experience in challenging and overturning adjudicator's awards through the prompt issue of Part 8 proceedings in the Courts.
