Andy Waite


Andy has worked at Trowers & Hamlins for over 5 years providing advice to private and public sector clients on procurement, non-contentious construction and assisted with resolving disputes.

Andy has a particular focus on providing advice to registered providers in relation to the procurement of asset management frameworks, putting in place the appropriate forms of contract and advising on any potential disputes during their term. He also provides advice to central government organisations such as the Department for Education on the implementation of their Free Schools programme.

He also provides construction advice to private sector developers on setting up complex Joint Ventures with public sector partners in order to deliver private residential schemes.

Andy is a member of the North West Constructing Excellence steering committee. He also presents seminars on the latest issues in the sector such as the Farmer Review and the utilisation of Alliancing forms of contract.
