Andy Waite
Andy is a Partner in the Projects and Construction team at Trowers & Hamlins, where he has practised since qualifying in 2013. He specialises in non-contentious construction advice to private and public sector clients across the housing, life sciences, infrastructure and regeneration sectors.
A key area of his expertise is advising on complex Joint Ventures between public sector partners, developers and house builders. Andy guides clients through the commercial and legal complexities of these collaborative delivery models, enabling the successful delivery of residential schemes.
Andy is passionate about his work advising local authorities on large-scale regeneration schemes that enhance the built environment and deliver community benefits. He also supports clients with the procurement of asset management capital and reactive maintenance works programmes and also providing ongoing contractual advice.
