Andy Waite


Andy has worked at Trowers & Hamlins for over nine years providing advice to private and public sector clients on procurement, non-contentious construction and assisted with resolving disputes.

Andy has a particular focus on providing advice to public sector partners in relation to setting up complex Joint Ventures in order to deliver residential schemes and also advising local authorities on large regeneration schemes.

He also provides construction advice to registered providers in relation to the procurement of asset management frameworks, putting in place the appropriate forms of contract and advising on any potential disputes during their term.

He also provides advice to central government organisations such as the Department for Education on the implementation of their Free Schools programme.

Andy is a member of the North West Constructing Excellence steering committee. He also presents seminars on the latest issues in the sector and the utilisation of Alliancing forms of contract.
