Carina works with a broad range of corporate occupiers and domestic and overseas investors in relation to their real estate interests in the UK, including portfolio transactions, development and landlord and tenant matters.  

In particular, as a native Mandarin speaker and qualified Chinese lawyer, Carina has assisted Chinese state-owned and private enterprises, family offices from mainland China and Hong Kong SAR with their real estate acquisitions, disposals and asset management. She is experienced in advising Far Eastern investors who are either new to the UK market or existing players.

Carina's expertise covers a variety of sectors, including office, retail, industrial and logistics, mixed use development and student accommodation.
