Rebecca Lawrence


Rebecca specialises in commercial and public law litigation in the Dispute Resolution and Litigation department and is based in our London office.

Rebecca advises commercial entities and a variety of public sector bodies on contentious matters. Rebecca works with clients in the first instance to resolve disputes at an early stage by balancing legal considerations with commercial factors. Rebecca has acted in a vast range of court proceedings including in the Supreme Court and in addition has worked on cross border matters which involved multi-jurisdictional proceedings.

From a public law perspective Rebecca advises public sector organisations on judicial review and procurement law risk factors and reducing such risks during decision making processes. Rebecca can also advise claimants considering judicial review and procurement challenges. Thereafter Rebecca can advise authorities and claimants on all aspects of bringing and managing judicial review claims and procurement challenges.
