Sabah Shah


Sabah is a solicitor in our Employment team and she acts for both employers and employees in the private and public sector.

Sabah's experience includes advising on both contentious and non-contentious aspects of the law, such as handling claims for unfair and constructive dismissal, advising on disciplinary and grievance procedures and reviewing and drafting contracts of employment. Sabah also provides day-to-day guidance on HR matters and she is able to assist in drafting and negotiating COT3 and settlement agreements.
