Kasia is an Associate in our Corporate Commercial department in London.
Kasia advises on, drafting and negotiating a range of commercial contracts, in addition to advising clients on day to day commercial and data protection matters. Kasia also assists on the commercial due diligence aspect of corporate transactions.
Kasia has acted for a broad range of clients from start-ups to multi-national organisations across a variety of sectors, including direct selling, manufacturing, pharmaceutics, information technology, and property management.
