Jonjo Parry


Jonjo is a Trainee Solicitor in the International Corporate team based in Dubai.

Jonjo works closely with investment funds and owner-managed businesses on private company M&A, cross-border investments and joint ventures. Jonjo has also advised on virtual asset regulation and how to establish entities looking to utilise virtual assets in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

In addition to corporate work, Jonjo also has experience of working in International Dispute Resolution across multiple jurisdictions including the UAE, England and the British Virgin Islands. 

Jonjo's previous seats have been in Real Estate and Banking & Finance. In Real Estate, he worked for a variety of clients including various local authorities, commercial developers and institutional investors. In Banking & Finance, Jonjo assisted Social Housing Providers, cross-border investors and Banks in a variety of transactions including real estate finance, general banking matters and other financing arrangements.
