Stuart Mathews


Stuart is a Partner in Trowers & Hamlins' Corporate department.

Stuart specialises in corporate transactions, advising on company share sales and purchases, business and asset sales and purchases, joint ventures, corporate restructures and reorganisations, shareholders' agreements, LLP and partnership agreements.

Stuart advises private companies and owner managed businesses at a regional, national and international level and coordinates project teams comprising lawyers, accountants and banks to negotiate and complete a wide variety of corporate transactions. Stuart also advises companies and directors and shareholders on their legal and regulatory compliance obligations.

Stuart has advised clients across various sectors including real estate, manufacturing, technology, food and drink and leisure and tourism.
