Tom Hosking
Tom is a Solicitor in our Real Estate department.
He works closely with a range of clients including investors, developers, landlords and tenants. These include institutional investors, commercial tenants and care providers. He has worked on a variety of Real Estate transactions such as portfolio purchases, development acquisitions, disposals, asset management and refinances.
Tom started at the firm as a trainee in 2020, completing two seats in the Real Estate department, as well as seats in the Projects & Construction and Planning & Environmental teams, before qualifying into the department in 2022.
