Raaid Casoojee
Raaid is an Associate in the Construction Disputes team and is based in London, having also been seconded to the firm's Dubai office before he qualified as a solicitor.
Raaid has worked for a range of Trowers & Hamlins' clients, including employers and contractors, to efficiently resolve complex and high-stakes disputes concerning, among others, residential and commercial developments, sports infrastructure, and utilities projects across the UK and the Middle East.
Raaid has experience acting in adjudications, international arbitrations, and litigation in the High Court and the DIFC Courts as well as under the Pre-Action Protocol for construction and engineering disputes.
