Anna Beckett

Anna acts for a diverse client base, including banks, alternative funders, local authorities, corporates and high net worth individuals. Anna has extensive experience in the affordable housing sector advising a wide range of registered providers on their funding requirements including term and revolving facilities, bond issuances, sustainable, social and green loans and intragroup lending. She has also supported clients on strategic projects such as mergers and restructurings, joint ventures and large-scale refinancings. Anna additionally has a particular focus on lending into the healthcare sector, with a particular focus on lending transactions involving care homes, assisted living facilities and childcare providers.
