Rishi Sarin

Rishi acts for various lenders and borrowers across a wide variety of real estate finance transactions. He has acted for a Middle Eastern bank's (UK and Swiss branches) on various real estate finance and development finance loans to high net worth individuals, offshore incorporated special purpose vehicles and trusts. Rishi has provided legal support on multiple Islamic finance transactions for the same lender and real estate finance loans for one of the largest Pakistani bank's UK branch and for one of the largest Indian bank's UK branch. He has supported several other UK based lenders and as UK legal counsel to a US based lender.  Rishi has capital markets experience acting on various bond issuances and private placements. Rishi has also worked on many financings in the social housing finance sector including one of the largest mergers to occur which involved a large scale consent exercise as well as amending many loans across their loan book portfolio. Rishi also has experience of acting for a private equity fund in respect of their banking facility used to acquire a large portfolio of properties. Rishi is noted as a key lawyer in the Legal 500 UK Banking & Finance rankings for the North West.
