He has assisted and led on various transactions in real estate finance, project finance, Islamic finance and secondary trading. He has experience advising on elements of ESG financing and capital markets in multiple jurisdictions. He also has experience in supporting borrowers through M&A and group reorganisations, from initial due diligence stages to unification of loan / security portfolios and hedging arrangements. He has broad experience in cross-border transactions, assisting both borrower and lender clients in Asia and the Middle East on various forms of financing, as well as on current and prospective investments in the UK.
