Riccardo advises a diverse range of companies, not-for-profit organisations and individual shareholders (including trustees) on strategic matters as well as on specific transactions and commercial issues.
He has acted for purchasers, vendors and management teams in domestic and international acquisitions, disposals and corporate restructurings in various sectors. He has advised on numerous joint ventures and corporate ventures for UK and non-UK clients in sectors including insurance, leisure, food, manufacturing, publishing, financial, clothing and accessories.
In addition to his transactional knowledge, Riccardo has extensive commercial expertise in relation to operational, contractual and other issues that arise in our clients businesses, including agency, distribution, marketing, supply, sales and outsourcing contracts. In particular he advises on a broad range of legal and commercial matters relating to outsourcing and the use, development and/or exploitation of technology (including in relation to post acquisition integration). Riccardo has advised clients on: their development and use of national and commercial databases; their implementation of organisation-wide IT systems; and on data protection matters.
