Grant works closely with a wide range of clients including developers, housebuilders, promoters, investors, registered providers and local authorities.
He has good experience with residential development transactions and strategic land projects, and also has experience working on all aspects of large scale mixed use and commercial development schemes, affordable housing transactions, leasehold transactions and large scale regeneration projects.
Grant is diligent, commercially-minded and reliable.
