International law firm Trowers & Hamlins has advised Residential Secure Income (ReSI) on the sale of its independent retirement rental portfolio to Living REIT for £108 million. 

The portfolio comprises 1,907 independent retirement rental flats as well as 256 flats with housing managers which will operate under the Living REIT brand.  

Trowers advised ReSI in relation to all Corporate and Real Estate aspects of the transaction.

The Trowers team involved included Dom Szentpali, Matteo Silva and Will Green from Corporate, and Hannah Jackson from Real Estate.
