Will Green


Will is a Paralegal in our Corporate department in London.

Will joined the corporate department in June 2022 having previously worked as a paralegal for Riviera Restaurants and Luxury Ltd, where he advised on commercial disputes, tax liabilities and tenancy obligations. 

Since joining Trowers he has been involved in a broad range of corporate transactions spanning from: buy/sell side M&A, corporate restructures, EIS exits, asset sales/purchases, debt-funded MBOs, JVCos, property SPVs, BIMBOs, portfolio company roll-ups, investment rounds and employment incentives. He has also advised on corporate governance affairs, shareholder agreements and foreign direct investment. Will is well-versed on company secretarial functions, statutory filings and GDPR compliance.

During his time at Trowers, Will has gained experience acting for healthcare providers, retirement home operators, software companies and institutional investors.

Will is a BA History, Politics & International Relations graduate from Royal Holloway, University of London and has an MA in Law from the University of Law.
