Will Green
Will is a Senior Paralegal in the Corporate team and is based in our London office.
Will joined the corporate department in June 2022 having previously worked as a paralegal for Riviera Restaurants and Luxury, where he advised on commercial disputes, debt restructuring and LTA tenancy obligations.
Since joining Trowers, he has been involved in a range of corporate transactions spanning from: buy/sell side M&A, business restructures, asset sales/purchases, debt-funded management buyouts, joint ventures, property SPVs, portfolio company roll-ups, investment rounds and employment related security incentives. He has also advised on corporate governance affairs, shareholder agreements and foreign direct investment. Will is well-versed on company secretarial functions, statutory filings and compliance with GDPR.
Will has experience acting for pharmaceutical companies, care homes, software start-ups and institutional investors.
Will has a BA in History, Politics & International Relations from Royal Holloway, University of London and an MA in Law from the University of Law.
