Hannah Jackson
Hannah has worked in the real estate sector for more than 17 years and is a trusted adviser to a range of registered providers, institutional investors and Real Estate Investment Trusts, advising them on complex large scale residential portfolio funding and acquisition projects.
Hannah leads the real estate finance security team in the Exeter office which forms part of the Housing Finance team at Trowers which has been consistently ranked as Tier 1 in both Legal 500 and Chambers legal directories for Housing Finance work.
Hannah specialises in project managing and leading team members at Trowers on due diligence of large portfolios of residential property assets for a variety of financing arrangements and acquisitions. Transactions and projects she has worked on include high value and complex refinancings as part of internal restructuring or for a merger or partnership, for bond issues and private placements, normal bank funding, development finance as well as due diligence for portfolio sales and acquisitions of residential assets in the UK.
Recent significant investment property work includes leading on the property due diligence aspects of Hyde Group's £61 million initial sale to M&G of a shared ownership reversionary portfolio pursuant to its strategic partnership with M&G which will lead to the development of £500 million new affordable homes.
