Matteo is an Associate in the Corporate and Commercial department based in London.
Matteo qualified with the firm in March 2025. Matteo's work covers a variety of Corporate transactions, including private mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, group reorganisations and corporate real estate transactions.
During his training contract, Matteo completed other seats in Real Estate and Construction Disputes.
