Trowers Tuesday: Mastering Employment Tribunals - From reactive to ready: laying the foundations for defending ETs

Join us on Tuesday 10 November for the first session in our new series, Mastering employment tribunal claims: building HR resilience, where we’ll explore why employment tribunal claims are increasing and what employers can do now to strengthen their position.

We’ll examine the current tribunal landscape, including rising claim numbers, ongoing delays in the tribunal system, and the impact of recent and forthcoming employment law reforms. We’ll also discuss why claim volumes are likely to increase further, from greater employee awareness of employment rights to the growing use of AI and other workplace technologies.

Nicola Ihnatowicz will be joined by Rebecca Cheshire and Annie Drew to explore the practical steps employers can take to build resilience, manage litigation risk and ensure they have the resources, processes and support needed to respond effectively to claims.

Please send over your questions in advance, and we look forward to seeing you there!
