John Turnbull, Nicola Ihnatowicz and Rebecca Cheshire were joined by Pria Rai, executive director at Save the Children specialising in organisation effectiveness and transformation, to provide an engaging conversation on how to make positive changes, including tips on how to successfully reorganise teams and undertake redundancy processes.
They discussed how best to avoid employment issues when making changes to your organisational structure, and looking at how to minimise workforce disruption, the concept of fire and rehire and how best to identify redeployment opportunities.
