How can we help you?

We are delighted to invite you to join us for the next Q&A webinar in our data series at 11am on 25 January. This webinar will consider the legal and regulatory issues in electronic communications, covering marketing emails, cookies and other tech matters including cyber security and ransomware.

Our data team will help you understand how electronic communications are regulated, and what you need to be aware of from a data privacy point of view when sending electronic communications. We will also look at cyber-security and governance, including the legal framework relating to ransomware attacks.

This practical session will help you understand your legal obligations and how to mitigate risks when sending electronic communications and using technology. You can raise questions either before the session or during the session.
