Despite a large proportion of the workforce working from home we've seen an increase in these types of claims. Laura Welchew and Jake Wilkie will discuss what amounts to sexual harassment, and how to investigate and respond effectively to complaints of sexual harassment particularly those relating to text messages and historical allegations about past conduct in the office. They will also give you tips for preventing and tackling harassment in the workplace, and discuss the likely future developments in this area following the #MeToo movement.
