Allegations of discrimination are becoming increasingly common, particularly as topics of discrimination and equality reach main stream news more and more. Employers need to make sure that any allegations of discrimination from within their workforce are managed appropriately and with care.

Next Tuesday we will be discussing what might amount to discrimination, best practice for managing grievances which involve allegations of discrimination and the potential pit falls if they are not dealt with appropriately.
