David Zong


David is a senior knowledge lawyer in the Real Estate department, having previously worked as a transactional lawyer in that team since qualification.

During that time, he specialised in the residential development and affordable housing sectors, acting on a wide range of development and funding projects and advising Registered Providers of social housing, public sector bodies and commercial developers.

David's role now involves developing the knowledge base of our lawyers across the broad spectrum of practice areas within the Real Estate department, with a particular focus on empowering lawyers to think critically through the complex legal issues at hand and deliver creative solutions to our clients.

He works alongside the other members of the Real Estate knowledge team to implement legal technology packages and develop innovative service offerings to clients. The team is also responsible for delivering structured training programmes as well as capturing and consolidating our marketing facing expertise within our precedent and knowledge banks.
