David Zong


David is a professional support lawyer in the Real Estate department, which he originally joined as a transaction focused solicitor upon qualification in 2010. For 12 years, David undertook a wide range of residential and mixed-use property development work, advising Registered Providers of social housing, public sector bodies and commercial developers.

David's role now involves providing technical advice and support to our lawyers across the spectrum of different practice areas within our Real Estate department, with a particular focus on residential development and regeneration, social housing and public sector clients.

He also works alongside our other Real Estate professional support lawyers to deliver legal and client training, create and maintain precedents, and to assist with preparing articles, tenders, and consultation responses.
