Rhianna Wilsher


Rhianna is a specialist energy lawyer and Partner in London's Energy & Sustainability team. 

She helps clients realise their ambitions for prioritising and balancing energy security, cost and decarbonisation, by advising on the structuring, negotiation and regulation of renewable energy projects.

Her key focuses are district heating arrangements and the generation, supply and management of renewable electricity and gas.

She provides an end to-end-service, from project concept to implementation, advising on risk management and strategy in all manner of project contracts.  These may include Supply Agreements, Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), Feasibility Appointments, Design Appointments, Engineering and Procurement Contracts (EPCs), Concession Agreements, Connection Agreements, Off-take Agreements, Energy Performance Contracts, Energy Services Agreements, Energy Efficiency Retrofit Contracts, Operation and Maintenance Agreements, Facility Management Agreements. 

Her broad experience of technologies includes combined heat and power, energy from waste, heat pumps, geothermal, aquifer thermal, solar PV, onshore wind, battery storage, biomass, anaerobic digestion and electric vehicle charging infrastructure.
