Lee specialises in both open market schemes (including for overseas sales) and affordable housing schemes for private developers and Registered Providers, ranging from small single phased developments with less than 10 units to the largest 1000+ unit multi phased schemes. 

He works collaboratively with clients, clients' panel solicitors (and agents where applicable) to ensure a smooth conveyancing process throughout and is accustomed to delivering volume transactions within the timescales required by clients.
