International law firm Trowers & Hamlins has advised Oryx Real Estate Partners on the acquisition of a 9.3-acre site in Ashton-under-Lyne for commercial development.
The development, which reflects an investment of over £25m, will deliver five high-specification industrial and logistics units ranging from 9,300 to 54,000 sq ft within a high-quality business park environment. The units are planned to achieve target EPC A and BREEAM Excellent ratings.
Working closely with Oryx and its development partner, Pembury Real Estate, Trowers advised on the due diligence, including a complex title review and the negotiation of purchase documentation.
