Ellice joined the Investment and Development team in July 2022 having qualified into the Commercial Property department at a local firm in September 2021.

Ellice advises various public and private sector clients on a broad range of commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions and disposals, portfolio and asset management and financing. Ellice is passionate about commercial landlord and tenant matters.
