Victoria specialises in the provision of advice on commercial transactions, state aid and public law.
She has acted as lead solicitor on the development of a number of complex projects for public and private sector clients, including major regeneration projects, joint ventures, local authority companies and PPPs. Victoria advises clients, including Barnet, Newham, Southwark and North Tyneside councils, on all aspects of public sector commercial arrangements including drafting legal documentation, procurement, State Aid, vires and consents. Her advice is structured to provide pragmatic solutions to ensure efficient procurement is also lawful. Victoria's ability to analyse legal issues and produce commercially workable drafting is appreciated by clients.
